Her customer services sucks. she didn’t apologize once her French fry-fell on my face,she has no respect for her customer. she also insulted me when I asked her was she braiding my hair down to my back or my shoulder she lift my head up and said “while your head is down you should be praying to God that she hopefully can catch the back of my hair.” Besides that my hair was Half done she didn’t sew my hair together to make sure it stays In place.

Winnie answered my questions and explained her payment method and deposit. Winnie’s pricing was reasonable. I sent her a photo of the style I wanted and she duplicated the style in the photo. I have too first start at the moment I called Ms. Winnie salon. I’m kind of new to Charlotte, but I’ve tried a few salons & never received service in Charlotte. Everywhere I go the customer service is horrible. Ms. Winnie was very nice, but most importantly very PROFESSIONAL. She communicated & responded in timely fashion. My appointment was at 4:30 she was ready and braiding my hair at 4:20pm. She was quick, but most importantly my style is very neat. She has a repeat client in me. I promise I’ll never go anywhere else. Thank you Ms. Winnie!!
