Barbara was my beautician and she did a fabulous job. She listen to what I was telling her about my hair, and how I wanted it. The other staff members were also great. They all were professional, kind and knowledgeable. I definitely will go back for my future hairstyles. Been looking for a place that was good in cutting and dying hair. Butterflies spa was excellent. Barbara was my beautician and she did a fabulous job. She listen to what I was telling her about my hair, and how I wanted it. The other staff members were also great. They all were professional, kind and knowledgeable. I definitely will go back for my future hairstyles. I will also get a spa pedicure the next time.

Critical: Quality, ValueI came in with my sister to kill time before going to sixflags with my sister. The nail tech was AMAZING, informational, took her time on my gel manicure and it was beautiful.The only issue, is 3 days later and the gel polish is chipping, cracking and lifting. I was told it could last 2-3 weeks depending on what I do with my hands.I called and spoke to the receptionist Stacy, and she said all she can do is have them redone for me. The issue with that is , I live 2 hours and 40 minutes away.Im very disappointed as I spent $40 and an extra $10 for tip on this service. Positive: QualityI came in a couple days ago for lowlights and highlights. Jenna never fails to make my hair look beautiful, she takes her time and makes sure i’m happy and asks me what id like to do, which is very different from other stylists i been too, she is truly the best! Allison washed my hair and was also very kind!

First they allow you to have your child, which is a huge bonus because it’s hard to have a mommy day with having kids and they’re beyond kind and helpful while my child was with me today!!! Super super clean and extremely friendly!!!! I came in after completely destroying my hair and I thought I was down on no luck to get it how I originally wanted it… Melody did an absolute amazing job saving my hair and giving me what I originally wanted done and a huge boost of confidence, all while being the sweetest person to my child, while she was doing my hair!! First they allow you to have your child, which is a huge bonus because it’s hard to have a mommy day with having kids and they’re beyond kind and helpful while my child was with me today!!! I woke up today with completely red hair and called the salon. They said they had no record of me and the hair stylist I saw on that day wasn’t even there that day.They put me on the phone with the hairstylist, who was indeed there that day, who advised me to buy shampoo for brunette hair when my hair is already BACK TO RED IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS! this should have been fixed. No permanent hair dye only lasts two weeks, and now I’m stuck with red hair for an important day I have tomorrow. What a waste of money. I’m beyond disappointed and have already told my friends to AVOID GOING TO THIS PLACE. Critical: Quality, ValueExtremely pricey and the gel tips I got put on were not only uneven, but two of them loosened enough to start coming off within three days. Luckily, they lasted for the event I needed them for. However, I can’t imagine the poor soul who goes there wanting a lasting manicure! For $65, I would expect better quality.Service: Gel manicures
