I called and received a call back within minutes from Alicia. I was in so much pain and you fit me into the schedule for a same day appointment. It was great massage. I felt so much better by the end of my massage. The fact that I was not sore at all is amazing. I feeI great. Butter Day Salon was fabulous. When you walk in it’s like you are home. Very relaxing and comfortable. I was greeted by a happy, assertive, receptionist with a mimosa for me and my daughter before we went into our service. The staff is friendly and the receptionist was accommodating in fitting me in with my busy schedule. The room where I had my facial was calming which I found difficult to leave. Anna was amazing. The products she used on my face felt like heaven. Best facial I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to go back!

It was not a bad experience but not a great one either. My husband purchased a mother’s day package which included Mani,Pedi, massage and facial. I did receive the massage and facial but not the Mani/pedi. The massage was FANTASTIC. It was an hour massage and was just what I needed. Unfortunately, the facial felt a bit rushed and I wish I was walked through some of the products being used as I have very sensitive skin (which I did mention). I’m a pretty soft spoken person so I didn’t mention the Mani/Pedi and honestly just figured my husband must have misunderstood. When I returned home he was pretty bummed. We shrugged it off as I just didn’t have a good enough experience to really want to go back. So I can’t assume they wouldn’t have rectified the situation. The woman who did my massage and facial was very pleasant.

We had our second annual “holiday party” at Butter yesterday. It was a really fun day and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating! We really appreciated you bringing lunch in so we could spend time together between our treatments. All 4 of us had manicures, massages and facials. My skin can be sensitive and this was one of the best facials I’ve had in awhile. They really took care to use gentle products and techniques. Overall a really fabulous day – thank you for everything!!

I feel amazing. I needed a massage so bad and tried a different place on the east side and it did not do the trick. A co-worker recommended Butter and I so glad I went. They have me as a customer for life. My therapist applied just the right amount of pressure, it wasn’t too much nor too little.
