The Beauty Salon is very unprofessional. Krystal is very rude. She gave my appt to somebody else and cuss me out when I ask her why she gave it away without me cancelling my appointment. All because she assumed. I have never experience this in my 10 of me getting my kids hair done. She never have to worry about me ever coming back to her shop ever again.
