Steve H. was my barber at Buso Cuts for a few months while I was in Maryland for an internship, and he’s definitely one of the best barbers I’ve had. He’s very personable and will take the time to understand what kind of haircut you want. You can count on him to never rush through your cut because he always strives to provide the best quality service to his client. I would always get a high skin fade, and I always left satisfied because it looked exactly how I would get it back home. I definitely recommend Steve, and will be back if I’m in Maryland again!

I recently moved to the College Park area, specifically to Hollywood. So I needed to find another barbershop close to my new residence and I found Buso Cuts which is literally blocks away from home. I went ahead and booked an appointment with Edwin and he did an awesome job. He is the man if you want perfection. I highly recommend this place, chill environment, good music & down to earth people. I definitely will be coming back!!!

10:10 AM. The place is “open”, but there’s nobody at the front desk or working. After a short wait, an attendant asked me from the back of the shop what I was there for. I asked if they took walk-ins to which she replied there was no barber and she didn’t know what time they would arrive. What’s the point of opening if you won’t be ready to provide the most basic service?

So before my review, please keep in mind that I rarely leave google reviews on anything. I’m currently down in Maryland on an internship and my hair was getting pretty unruly and long, so my roommate recommended that I check out Buso Cuts. I had never been before; however, it was very easy to book an appointment and come right in for my cut. After explaining to my barber, Oscar, what I wanted and talking through what he recommended — we landed on a great outcome. Gave me a crispy fade and made sure to not take too much off the top, just as I had asked. (Added bonus of some great music while being getting taken care of) — Will be absolutely coming back once more before leaving MD at the end of the summer!

I was having a hard time finding the perfect barber and commuting to a “decent” barber shop was not worth the time or money. I heard of Buso Cuts through a friend and I can honestly say I rather cheat on my girl than my new barber Oscar. Oscar, takes his craft very serious and always keeps me looking sharp and clean, I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new barber, a one time cut, or if you’re in the area.
