The providers are AMAZING. The best dermatologists I’ve ever been to. The office staff on the other hand, horrible. I started seeing them in May. The beginning of June my auntie died so I last minute had to cancel to travel and go to her funeral. Then I was hospitalized at the end of June to the beginning of July and was unable to cancel the appointment I had. Then I had covid most of July. Then I was in a car accident at the end of July. I believe I had to cancel an appointment around then too. I got a moderate head injury from the car accident. In August, I had an appointment and the provider assured me that there would be no problem resolving the appointments I missed and such. I explained the situation and gave my apologies. I understand how much it can mess up their schedule. I had to cancel an appointment last week, with timely notice, due to an appointment related to my car accident. I called today to reschedule and they were hesitant to let me come back because of my missed appointments. I fully understand I messed up their schedule, but it’s a little ridiculous to kick a patient to the curb because they missed appointments for funerals and being in the hospital. Should I have missed the funeral and just let covid spread through their office? Steer clear if you have the potential to get ill or have family.

I was soooo impressed with this center. This was my first time going to a dermatologist and I was a bit skeptical at first but the PA Jessica was so knowledgeable and reassuring. She answered all of my questions (which were a lot) and gave me effective advice to help take care of my skin. The lady at the pharmacy was so sweet too, and so were the receptionists. Wonderful staff! I’ve never felt so comfortable at a medical office before. Will definitely be back and will recommend to others. Thank you again!

I finally decided to give the dermatologist another go after years of trying different dermatologist. Dr. Victoria is amazing! She’s attentive, listened to my concerns, and created a friendly atmosphere. I look forward to seeing her and the lovely assistants that work at the office. Not to mention my skin is feeling much better. An added bonus is the pharmacy downstairs. The employees there are so kind and helpful. Couldn’t recommended this place more.

I recently started seeing Victoria for help with adult acne. First of all, the office staff are helpful and responsive regarding scheduling appointments. There are 2 locations, so there are many options for appointment dates/times. Victoria is a knowledgeable and caring practitioner who actively involves her patients in treatment planning. I have had to try a few different medications for my skin problems, but it seems as thought Victoria is willing to continue to try different options until a solution is found. That gives me hope that it will get better! I also feel heard when speaking to her about my concerns. I’m so thankful to finally have a dermatologist that I am comfortable with!
