Burleson Nails Spa - Burleson, TX 76028

Asked for coffin shaped nails and pink ombré. This is what I received. It took two and a half hours, and I was continuously burned by the shaping tool multiple times. It feels like my fingers are going to fall off. Not only that, but my cuticles are bleeding from the tech being so rough with my hand. Note the multiple nicks, messed up shape, and overall wonky look of them. I don’t think I’ll ever come back here again.

Me and my bestie came in to treat ourselves and goodness gracious they are the best! I’m unsure of her name but the lady that did both my color and my besties nail art design was phenomenal!! Every step of the way she explained what would be best for what I wanted and never made me feel stupid for not knowing the terms. She is awesome

Critical: Quality, ValueLook the design they tried… but when I asked for powder I got told no that she only does polish. They left the nail color I had under it on My nails. And I got these nails done yesterday about 4pm its 8am and My nail has broke. I walked out pretty upset I just paid and left because im not going to leave them high ans dry but honestly I need a refund after my nail broke this morning because after the nails themselves looking bad I can’t take another look at it once it broke. 2 stars because my 6 month old was fussy and I feel bad.Edit:I called and they refused a refund and refused to get them taken off. Honestly I haven’t been this mad about nails?? Why were they so rude. I talked before I sat down in the chair to make sure I could get my nails done how I wanted with powder and they said yes. My sister, mother and I decided we needed some self care, we called and made an appointment early in the day for 3pm. We showed up early around 2:40 because we knew there were three of us which we informed them of when setting the appointment. It got to about 4pm before we decided to leave because they only had started on my sister. Total waste of valuable time. What is the point of setting up an appointment time if they aren’t going to even see you till over an hour later. I should also note that they had only two people getting nails done and three workers. When I called I asked for quotes on price and when we got there they changed the prices of service, completely unacceptable to price gouge customers but we were willing to look past that but after waiting over an hour and not even being seen we left. After we decided to leave, the seem irritated that we didn’t want to sit in there for another 1 and 1/2 hours to get our nails done. They also didn’t apologize for making us wait and wasting our time. I will never be going back, this is not how you conduct a proficient business. Total wasted our time without a care in the world. The least they could’ve done is apologize but that did not happen, I will go somewhere else. Very disappointed.

We came in 50 minutes before they closed. I was fully expecting them to turn us away. Another person walked in right behind us and they accommodated all 3 of us. We just had a pedicure but the person behind us had a pedicure and nail refill. They did a wonderful job and we were there about 30 minutes after closing. We never felt rushed or that we were a bother. They were even gentle on my hubs sensitive feet. This is why I keep coming back. Not a super flashy or fancy place but they take care of you!!

Wasn’t busy, they seemed to care about what I wanted and that I was happy with them. The inside was kind of underwhelming and you could tell was a bit older but pretty good for a basic nail salon and my nails held up a lot longer than some places I have used in the past!
