I have been a member for a year and a half, and love it. I let my credits build up just enough to where they don’t expire, but I have an amount that will allow me to get a 90 minute massage. Their therapists are awesome, and I have tried at least 8 of them. If you are looking at Yelp reviews (first of all WHY???), anyone who is complaining about the 5 mins at the beginning and end to get undressed and redressed, I’m so confused. That is a normal thing for any massage, it’s like they have never gotten one before. Just plan ahead and know that will cut into your total massage time. Also, be on time! And use the restroom before your time. Very basic things to make your experience smooth. That is why I go for extra time, I feel like the 60 minutes are just not that long for a true full body massage. I use that when I need a “quick fix” or focusing on one main area, like upper body. Anyway, Go. Try. Them. Free parking underneath the building, and great service!!!

Okay so this was my second massage in my life and I’m pretty ancient. I used a gift certificate that had been given to me over 10 years ago. I was great warmly a shown to calmly lit room. My Karlos, greeted me and made me feel comfortable. Since this was my first time in a LONG time there were many knots to untangle. Karlos proceeded to expertly excise get knot. What I learned is when they say 1 hour it’s one hour. I was few minutes late and that ate into my time. However, since this is a massage only location they offered a 6 month package. The price was good and my first month was free. I’ll get a massage every month and if I missed a month I still have 60 days to use it. Overall I feel I got a great deal for a great price. You can cancel after 6 months.

Very nice facility, very simple in contrast to former Santa Monica and current Woodland Hills locations. Pleasant staff, excellent technicians/masseuses, convenient location. However, I think this community would appreciate a full service Burke Williams.

I am so very happy with my experience here today! It was my first time did you guys know you get a discount when it’s your first time? I didn’t! Tj was my massage therapist and thankfully he talked to me during my massage I don’t like the silence haha he focused on my the places where my pain was at the most and I definitely left the place feeling better thank you!!!
