Booked a massage in this facility and was pleasantly surprised to see such an amazingly large space in a rather congested Santana Row. I had the most amazing experience when I went to see Sommer for a facial and Banessa for a massage. Absolutely phenomenal skill and professionalism. As a massage therapist and instructor, I have a hard time enjoying myself at a spa. Here, I was transported away from my busy, chaotic life to a place of serenity and renewal. All I want for Christmas for the rest of my life would be a membership here. I’d be SET!

This place would not allow my 17 year old daughter to get a massage even though I made the reservation a month ahead of time. Online they asked for her birth year and took the reservation with my credit card info. No one called about her being under 18. We drove 45 minutes ready to relax and celebrate my daughter getting into college and they said they couldn’t take her. I was so upset. They stated online reservations aren’t always reliable yet I tried calling about 5 times and each time they said to book online. Won’t be going here ever again. Thanks for nothing!

Great spa with good amenities! Surprisingly spacious given it’s right in the middle of Santana row. You get access to the lounge area, steam/sauna/jacuzzi when you are getting a service done which is great. The massages & facials have been a hit or a miss. Overall, recommend if you want an overall relaxing experience & feel pampered 🙂

A very very nice oasis Some great talent here. I gave 4 out of 5 stars due to lack of enforcement of spa atmosphere (can get a bit noisy) and a bit of an issue with noise due to location and surroundings.
