Great local spa, I had a gift certificate for a massage, I am currently 8 months pregnant so I was able to use the certificate for a pregnancy massage and since o can’t use the amenities they give a complimentary bath. Massage was amazing, the bath was awesome, it’s all set up for you with some fruit so you should do a bath if you ever can even just try to it out BUT the only things that was disappointing is that it is only 20 min long!!! I wish at least 30 min long or 40 for us pregnant woman. If I wasn’t pregnant I would use the amenities a lot longer and all of them to get my moneys worth!! Otherwise great place

I have had a few good services here but it really depends on the person you get. I thought having a membership would be nice but you are committed for 6 months and if you want to cancel no one tells you but they need 30 days of written notice with a reason for canceling!! I called to cancel my membership before I will billed and they told me they can not stop the charge, nor will they refund me! I think this is a ridiculous policy and everyone should be warned about this. It’s a spa membership not a house I’m leasing. Very disappointing Burke Williams.

It was my 1st experience. They were so friendly and welcoming. Made me feel relaxed right off the bat. Loved all the amenities. The attendants were fantastic and so was the desk staff. Wonderful environment.

This location is nice, but pretty pricey considering the amenities (quality / quantity). The day passes without a treatment aren’t worth it in my opinion therefore – there is 1 spa, 1 cold mist room that generally smells pretty mildew-y (I am a Microbiologist), a steam room, and a sauna.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismOn December 30th I had booked a facial appointment. Upon checking in I was told my appointment had been scheduled for January 30th instead. I was disappointed about the mistake and was asked to enjoy the facilities while they looked for a available aesthetician.After 30 minutes the manager named Jackie came and told me she was still working on it. After 60 minutes I showered and got ready to leave. Jackie came back and said someone became available. A few minutes later I was heading to my facial when I was told it was a mistake. At this point I was quite upset. Jackie assured me that someone from customer service would contact me and that she would cancel my January appointment. I never heard from anyone and have since left 2 messages for Jackie. Luckily I checked on the January appointment and it had not been canceled.Unfortunately for me I am a monthly member and so I must complete my contract.
