The Burke Williams Team is exceptional. Rita, Mark and other Management go out of their way to ensure a high quality experience. I highly recommend Akiko for massages and Ethan for facials. Akiko’s technique for deep tissue is intuitive and highly effective. Ethan’s technique for facials is gentle and left my face glowing for days. I am especially grateful for the kindness Ethan showed during an especially difficult day for me. This Spa is highly recommended!

The place was quiet and beautiful, i have some issues! but the massage I didn’t like was too harsh for a week I have back and shoulder pain. The massage was with Mark and he was a respectful person and explained all the procedures he was going to do, but I think he was tightening some places causing me pain.

I just went in with my friend and we got 25 minute deep tissue massages. Not kidding, best massage of my life. My massage therapist’s name was Caroline. She is a superstar. Found my problem areas in an instant (without me saying anything) and she gave me great tips for life changes to make. Hands were like pizza rollers. Don’t think a robot could have done a better job. What a nice place! They really make a good use of the space everyone is there happy to work and to accommodate from the front desk to the nice ladies doing the treatments. Emma and Gina are great for manicure and pedicure and I just bought a monthly membership.

I flew all the way across the country just to experience Burke Williams Santa Monica. It was a lovley way to spend a spa day. The receptionist upgraded me and my guest to the “members locker’ room where we had private lockers, sink and hair station area and balcony. Robes and sandals included. There are your typical saunas, Jacuzzis and steam rooms but what sets Burke apart is the cool mister, the upscale ambience and amenities like refreshing drinks and fruits

This was my first time visiting this day spa, and I was blown away. The welcoming staff’s energy set the tone for the next few hours. Rita, checked me in, and provided a tour of all the amenities. Her genuine appreciation for my visit was apparent. This is a large spa, however the intimacy, support staff , (and Rita) made me feel like it was all just for me. The rooms are beautiful. Their no cell phone policy completes the mood of serenity and protects confidentiality. My Esthetician & Masseuse were Elaina & Brittany, who are true rockstars and have mastered their craft. I rarely leave reviews, but they definitely deserve a complimentary word. I have not felt this good in years. Phenomenal
