My three cousins and I went to this beautiful location on Saturday, August 20th celebrating my cousin Gail’s birthday. I had a pure relaxation massage with Lizette, she was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend her, she has hands of an angel. After our massage we were relaxing in the waiting area and was approached by Matt Coleman the manager of this location. He was extremely nice and treated us like family. Everyone there was so pleasant and extremely kind. My new favorite Burke Williams location.

It’s a very beautiful place. If you wanna get a rest you have to go there. There are separated men’s and ladies SPA, a quiet room and a relaxing atmosphere just hug you at Burke Williams SPA. My esthetician Nora is a very professional and experienced person. I strongly recommend it to everyone.

My sister and cousins treated me for my birthday. We had such a relaxing time. I got the Luxe Spa Pedicure and I loved it along with my foot therapist (I can’t remember her name), who is very nice. To top it off, the manager Matt is super nice. He was very accommodating to my family and I. I can’t wait to get another treatment at this location again.

My best friend took me for my birthday. The experience was amazing. My message was unbelievable, the table was heated and warm blankets to cover me plus I received my robed and shoes back nice and warm. Made for a perfect end. They honestly have everything you made need for a perfect spa day, hair shampoo, conditioner and shower caps ect. This will allow you to avoid bringing a duffel bag.

Hours of operation are incorrect. I went to the West Hollywood location. Spa says open until 10 pm. Cleaning crew started cleaning and closing spa facilities at 9 pm! Change your hours according to your practices!!
