This has been my first salon to do a professional hair cut and I was blessed by Cari. Ever since I had my first basic cut I fell in love. She kept it the way I wanted and took her time. Had a 10:45 appointment when I got there I was told they were already 30 minutes behind yet the business opened at 10:00. Unfortunately my shampoo cut blow dry I guess wasn’t worth as much as the hair coloring appointment. You would think somebody would have called to let me know they were running behind but I guess that’s too much to do.

THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE! Undependable and unprofessional.. Don’t waste your time nor money here, they couldn’t care less about their clients. ***The photo below was taken (at the Hair Market) Friday, August 19th, 2016 (the day before my sister’s wedding).*** Their newest employee gave me a haircut that Friday, did a sloppy braid and actually let me leave the salon like that. I showed up early for my appointment (on the day of my sister’s wedding) so that the same employee could style it. They had me waiting for 20-30min before telling me that they’re behind and won’t be able to take me for another hour or so. I had literally just spoke with the stylist the day before when she reassured me that they can be trusted for this special day. Needless to say, after having to share my sister’s stylist (who ended up having to spend time on both of us), we arrived late to the venue. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a hair salon, that place was a nightmare. Hope this review will prevent future disasters!

Bec i asked for chunky highlights and lows and its not what happen. The lady was older and had glasses and could not see that good. And when she washed out the color she didnt do it right so the brownish red made my bleach bloned lights carmel. And they are really tiny in back of my head and big one in front
