Have not had anyone touch my hair in over 10 years. I learned to manage it myself over the years. Finally decided to start getting it done again. Had anxiety on my first visit. Vanessa was so sweet and so helpful and really helped ease my anxiety. She gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. The color, the cut, the style. Very clean, very nice looking. My first time here and it was an amazing experience! Gianna was so nice, professional and very informative. She helped me realize that my hair stylist is making my hair look horrible. She made me feel like I was a million dollars and my husband wondered how my blonde was brighter.

My daughter had her hair colored and cut here. The coloring in the back looked great. However the sides of her hair were a different story. The top half was a different color blonde then the bottom and there was thick dark stripes in certain spots. I ended up paying addition money to take her to a salon I could trust. I did call to inform them of how unhappy I was with the coloring and was told that I should have taken her back in and they would have fixed it. After the first unpleasant experience, I didn’t feel I could trust them to fix there mistake.

I had a terrible experience at SuperCuts in Freehold on route 537 about 3 years ago (The staff and customers pointed and laughed at my hair… It TRAUMATIZED me from getting my hair done. ) Anyway, it was a sunday when I was trying to get my hair cut and either every one was booked solid OR they weren’t taking on new clients OR they simply NEVER picked up the phone. But after speaking to Christina, I felt comfortable and confident enough to take the big chop ♀️ She did a wonderful job on my hair, and was SO easy to talk to!!! Christina is the BEST! I came into Bungalow9 after calling about 25 different businesses to inquire about getting my hair cut. I wanted so badly to love this place. Beautiful salon, fun atmosphere etc. But months later after going back once to fix my hair is a mess. I have curly hair and got a partial highlight. The part thats highlighted is complete frizz. I have never had such awful hair. I literally have to wear it pulled back daily. So disapointing!! Hair coloring

I never leave reviews, but felt I had to because I had such a great experience at this salon. The staff here is so friendly. I had my hair colored by Vanessa and she did an AMAZING job; it came out better than I even expected! I came in with hair that was dull and lifeless and walked out with a beautiful color, cut, and blowout! My hair looked so much healthier and I have received so many compliments! Vanessa really knows what she is doing. She is also extremely sweet and talks to you/treats you as if she’s known you for years! Can’t wait to go back!
