Parris may have talent as a hair stylist, but she and her business are extremely unprofessional despite reviews. She doesnt return calls and replies to legitimate online reviews by pretending to be the front desk of the business and compeltley attacks the person leaving the reciew (and even lied, crazy!) Believe the reviews where people acknowledge that her attitude and personality have a lot to be desired.

The individual rooms each stylist are in give you a quiet and personal experience but the best part is being pampered while having a coffee in hand from the adorable cafe inside of the salon.

I absolutely love Bungalow 21! I’ve been going to the owner, Parris, for about 10 years now and drive over an hour from Santa Barbara for everything from full cut and color to even just a simple bang trim, it’s still worth the trip! She is amazing with bangs, which is really hard to find and I get constantly get compliments from complete strangers on my color and bangs. Definitely recommend going to her or any one of the talented hair specialists at her studio. Bungalow 21 is beautiful, very clean and fun to visit, I always shop at their boutique and grab a latte from the cafe while I’m there! Everything in the salon is top quality, from the shampoo chairs to the hair and skin care products. I trust them completely and can’t say enough wonderful things about my experiences there!

Bungalow 21 is the most amazing Salon I’ve step foot into! They have a nice, new, relaxing atmosphere complete with coffee shop (with WiFi), shop, and outdoor Patio for guests. The local artwork on display and the aesthetics of Bungalow 21 are beautiful! It’s family owned & run, and the owners are amazing people. All of this makes Bungalow 21 more of an outstanding experience than just a Salon.

Bungalow 21 is such a cool concept! You could spend a whole day there pampering yourself- hair, skin, eyebrows, massage, etc- love it!There’s also a great little gift shop, and I never leave without ordering a delicious gourmet coffee- Sue will even create Latte Art for you! A very addictive atmosphere 🙂

I love Bungalow 21! The atmosphere is relaxing and the design is stunning. I had a massage there with Troya. As soon as I laid down on the soft warm table and she started kneeding my back I felt my day melt away and with it all my stress.
