I was recommended to Ben by several friends who are athletes. I have been to several massage therapists in town and Ben is HANDS DOWN the best in Chico. Between exercise, stress, work and chasing my two year old I was a gnarled up mess and he totally relieved my mid back pain. He uses techniques that arent just a simple rub down.
