I have always been able to schedule around my work/responsibilities and there is a great selection of colors and options for what I’m looking for on my nails. Critical: ProfessionalismWe were greeted by a very rude woman with a short cut who turned out to be the owner and basically forced me out of the salon as soon as I stepped foot inside (even though I was planning to leave right away anyway) as I was dropping off my disabled grandmother because they’re apparently not able to have anyone in the salon other than the client receiving services. However, last time I was able to be there the entire appointment with no issue. I don’t know if it was because I am a male or what but this woman was so unprofessional, rude, and adamant about me leaving right away while I was just trying to assist my grandma as she held my arm for support to walk to go wash her hands. Not to mention as she’s doing this she’s less than two feet away from us and was not practicing social distancing whatsoever. I respect and appreciate social distancing guidelines but if you’re so strict about social distancing try not to be in the customer’s face while telling them they need to wash their hands and gloves before getting their hair done. Just a thought. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars was because the woman actually doing my grandma’s hair is a very sweet woman. I’m now at home waiting for my grandma’s appointment to be done since I wasn’t allowed to stay and we were told it would be one hour and here I am two hours later and just called to see if they were done and still they are not. Glad I had nothing planned today.
