Every few months I would visit the well known place called Supercuts. When I was younger my family took me their as per usual, and as I got older and more independent, it look me a while to actually realize there may be alternatives.Its something I did not give much thought about until I finally did, and am I glad I did. This place is in a great location. Tucked away in the McKinley mall in its own separated building. Easy access, and unlimited parking spaces! You cant beat that nowadays.The Fengshui is incredible. All our local sports teams and memorabilia on the walls. A slick Red and Black color pallet and stylish flat screens throughout the building just gives it great chilled vibes. Also included for the wait is a full sized pool table and accommodating arcade game.The workers, from what I have seen, are also wonderful. Extremely polite and well mannered. Pricing is good, yes it might be a couple dollars extra for a basic haircut but, its worth every penny. If you want the “normal” haircut its 17 bucks, 3 dollar tip, a single 20 takes care of everything. However if you wish to expand your experience into something some people would even call enjoyable, its all about the Razer Neck Shave.That’s right folks, when you go to this wonderful hair cutting place, for a modest three dollars you can upgrade your normal good haircut to something great. A hot towel, fresh from the steamer, wrapped around your neck providing a nice refreshing massage letting the warm cloth tender your neck and shoulder muscles is only the beginning.Once that step is complete, they rub in and take a fresh sharp razer and scrape your neck and back to help tidy things up. Seriously great.I have not touched upon it much because I do not have much experience here, as I always just say “A simple generic all around scissor cut please” but they always ask what I want or how its looking along the way which I appreciate. So I assume they can cater to those who have special preferences.I took my dad here for the first time and he has been going to supercuts for like 50 years so I just thought I would put out there that yes, its worth going here its literally and upgrade to supercuts in every way imaginable. Plus they have flat screens for every chair with ESPN you can watch in front of you lol. They also offer a nice scalp shampoo pre-haircut which I have gotten, also amazing.
