Terrible experience with my husband’s haircut. He has long hair and we wanted to go short with layers. We even showed a reference picture. All they did was an abrupt straight cut that looked like a mushroom. Even after repeatedly asking for layers, we got a response “I got someone waiting and cannot go over your hair again”.
