Once again I have to give Kyle a great review. He is truly one of the kindest in the profession. I saw him previously and had a great experience I had to come back. I expressed my concerns about some things I had post-treatment and Kyle listened and provided a solution and a new treatment. He also did other work on my cheeks. I was amazed with his work, his nurse (I do not remember her name) was amazing! So kind and so sweet she listened to me and spoke to Kyle about my concerns also. They both made me feel very comfortable my entire visit. Kyle did lip filler on me and he took his time and really made sure it was what I wanted. My healing process was picture perfect with zero issues and absolutely no bruising or discomfort after the procedure. I also expressed some concerns with another area of my face where he offered to do it at my follow up. He is truly the best and the entire Buffalo Aesthetics team is awesome. It is one of my “pick me up” places and will definitely continue my business with them. GO KYLE!!!

Dr. Desai is amazing he’s one of the best in the cosmetic industry. He genuinely cares about his patients/ clients and is fully honest. He cares about you and your results he does not steer you wrong. He will not give you unrealistic expectations or up sell you he actually talks you out of bad ideas and it won’t work. He cares! does not treat his patients as transactional as many of these places do. I have left every visit happy and confident the last 2 years. The results I’ve had just keep paying off because of him and teams care.

I had my first Botox/lip filler experience here at Buffalo Aesthetics in Orchard Park yesterday. It was such an amazing time! Aaron was so polite and sweet during my intake/checkout process. The spa is decorated beautifully, and super clean! You feel rejuvenated just by stepping foot in this business. Kelly was the NP who took care of my needs perfectly! She explained everything and walked me through the whole process of both Botox and lip filler as well as checking in on me throughout the injections. She used a topical numbing gel along with a dental block for my lips and I honestly didn’t feel any pain! I was pretty amazed. Thank you Aaron and Kelly for everything!
