This is an honest review. I promise I am not affiliated with this company in any way. We were using Dove original for years. I developed strange patches of dry skin. So dry in fact that doctors put me on all kinds of creams and lotions. It was always painful and burning. I used this soap by chance. We were given a free sample when buying a gift box. After the first shower I felt the cleanest I have been ever. After a few showers I noticed that the dry spots had almost completely gone. Now, after years and tons creams, I have found relief. My whole family now has our own special bar and we will never go back.

Buff city soap is a hidden gem. This place has one of the best customer services so far – Jessica not only took care of my preferences but she was super nice to answer all the questions and made excellent recommendations(She read my mind). The soaps have a great amalgamation of fragrance notes along with the essentials needed for your skin. Looking forward for the next visit. Thank you ❤️

I had never heard of Buff City Soap when I saw that they were opening a store near me, but I knew I would have to try it, I am a soap fiend. From the moment I entered it smelled great and I was greeted promptly by a friendly employee who told me that I would get a free bar of soap that day and I could choose any scent. I immediately fell in love with their mystery boxes because I love randomness and at $7 thru did not disappoint. I have been back several times with my daughters and my brother and while I don’t NEED anymore soap I can’t stay away. My favorite scent is currently White Jasmine.

Just Rude! I went I looking for a soap with tea tree oil, was directed to a soap that I was told had the tea tree oil in it, however it wasn’t listed in any of the ingredients on the packaging. The rude part was 4 people in front of me were asked to sign up for emails & texts. When she got to me, I wasn’t asked but instead given some lame compliment. Won’t visit again.

Went to get my free bar an signed up then blondie told me come back at grand opening u cant have it yet. Went back an line around building to get free bar. No prices on 90% of stuff an tried lemongrass foam soap an could not even smell the lemon. Not a good feeling.
