I absolutely LOVE Raymore’s Buff City Soap. I have gone here so many times since they opened in December. The staff is always super nice, personable, and helpful, especially Jeanie and Cait! I have never had a bad experience here and love how it feels like they really get to know their customers and have made it so fun to come here and shop! It truly feels like a family environment. My boys look forward to coming just as much as I do! I have tried most of their products and love them all, especially the laundry soap!

The people who work here are very nice and helpful. The store is bright and cheerful and I just want to linger. I enjoy seeing the different soap bars. I love the lotion that comes as a stick in a tube. It fits nicely into my purse and I can apply it quickly without worrying about making a mess. I like the laundry detergent too. It works really well in my front load washer.

I went in feeling weak and dizzy, due to some medical issues. Anyway, instead of just having to turn around and leave I was treated like a queen. Seriously, you’d have thought I was their grandma. Sat me down, waited on me, I got exactly what I went in for and was helped out to my car. Service above and beyond. The products are amazing, but the service was OUTSTANDING!
