I was introduced to Buff City Soaps by a friend 4 weeks ago and I’m obsessed! I’ve visited a few times already. I love the Laundry Detergent, Dryer Balls, Soaps, and more… I think I tried all the items but a few. This will definitely be my new go to. Also, the customer service was great. Kind, helpful, and very friendly! It’s hard to find good service these days, but you won’t be disappointed here! My new phrase is, Lush who? 😉

I love this place and the staff is so friendly. I went for the second time the other day and Holly helped us out. She was so helpful in explaining everything. We ended up buying the fresh cotton and cherry almond detergent. She convinced us to buy the dryer balls as well! We haven’t stopped doing our laundry since. I can confidently say this is where I’ll get all our soaps and detergents from now on.

Great customer service. Helpful and knowledgeable. Listened well and gave great recommendations. Left the store with the perfect gift and a little something for myself. Combined a truffle, scrub and oil for a relaxing bath experience. Skin is very soft and smooth after using the trio. Highly recommend. Will purchase again. If you are in the Prosper area perhaps go treat yourself!

Not a great experience. I felt like when I walked in I was a bother. I needed my laundry soap refilled and I understand when people are busy but they really weren’t doing anything and just watched me walk around waiting and then finally refilled my soaps. In van alstyne they are so happy to see you and so nice and inviting! Same with celina!!! If you come here it’s really weird. I would recommend to go to celina. It’s a couple miles down.
