I am obsessed with this place! The products are amazing; they’re all -natural, and work wonders for your skin. The scents they carry are vast and you can have almost any product they sell in any scent you want, all you have to do is ask and they will make it then and there. I’ve saved tons of $$ by switching from name brand laundry products to their laundry powders and now my skin never itches bc of any materials I put on it. The staff there is always super friendly and helpful and they also have a rewards program and it’s well worth it…I will never buy moisturizers, soap or laundry powders anywhere else!!

So glad I found this GEM after my long travels from TX.. hours on the road REQUIRES amazing smelling soap! I bought some laundry powder too an hmm hmm HM, I will order some more when I get home. Their samples are generous and service was awesome, beyond knowledgeable/helpful.

Haven’t had a negative experience so far and I’ve been shopping here since they opened! The price is kinda steep but the product is great quality. If you want to use their products I would highly recommend signing up for the text messages. The deals are really good through the text coupons so you can save a bit per purchase.

I love this place! It’s beautiful & well organized. The employees I’ve spoken with are so friendly and always give wonderful samples. My favorite part is watching the soaps & bath bombs being made. My daughter got to decorate her own bath bomb! All of their products smell amazing. The bath bombs leave your skin super smooth, the soap last a looong time & the whipped body butter is extremely moisturizing it’s my favorite!

I just left the store and had to go ahead and write a review about how wonderful the customer service was ! Jo was super kind and helpful. The place is really pretty, clean and well organized. I intended to just come for a smoothie next door and just went in to check it out and ended up buying more than one item . Definitely worth stopping by !

I went during grand opening. It’s clean and staff was friendly. Considering it’s a franchise, I loved the fact that they do have a local line of soaps sourced from places in our community like southern girl coffee, which I purchased because it smells amazing. Other soaps and detergents smell great as well and I’m excited to try them out!

The ladies here are wonderful on my second day using the products I bought and I can already see a difference in my skin. No lie! Never used saved soap before and got the closest shave on my legs I have ever experienced. Found your self a forever customer.
