I love this place. Everything makes my skin feel like silk especially the shower oil. All of their scents are awesome too. I can’t wait to try their other products. And best of all, they contain no animal products. I will no longer go anywhere else for my shower supplies.

I’m new to the area from Chicago, I mistakenly entered Buff City looking for the nearest restroom lol. Upon stumbling in, I was greeted with the most beautiful and pleasant aroma that literally pulled me deeper into the store. The fragrances of the store complimented the cleanliness of each floor to wall, to the neatly displayed products displayed on the shelves. And the customer service was so genuine an welcoming. I felt peace and healing there. I was even gifted with a few samples in which I will be coming back for more. They even offer classes here. I can’t wait to return.

The soaps are nice. I bought soap earlier in the year and the prices have gone up since and just in time for Christmas which kind of stinks. I used to get buy when they first opened and do understand that costs going up but I will shop around now for other soaps since the cost did go up. I didn’t really save much for buying in bulk for Christmas or for their gift boxes, sadly.

Love love love love love this plaaaaace my goodness. Handmade, local, convenient location, what could be better? Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They hand cut the bars so some are ever so slightly bigger than others. 😉 Make sure you sign up for text updates to get the good deals! I absolutely love this place. I visit every year when we are down visiting family. I was disappointed they got rid of punch card and their system to track wasnt working since I spent over $100. But, the lotions are awesome especially in the cold winters of chicago.

Not one person acknowledged our presence in the entire 20 mins we were in the store. There was only 1 other customer so the store wasn’t busy. Surely it wasn’t because we are black. I hope that’s not what they are on There was a total of 5 workers and not one said a mumbling word. All of the soaps smell the same. Plain and uninteresting. I will not go back.
