I love buff city soap so this review isn’t about their products, but the staff. It seems the staff at this location are not knowledgeable about their products. I asked what the ingredients were in the fragrances for their laundry soap, but I didn’t get an answer. When I tried to ask again the employee kept walking away from me. They need to train the employees better on customer relations and their products or at least give them information to provide customers.

Rude. Came close to close but still open and not to browse but just get scent added to my dryer balls and they locked the door in my face and said no. Younger girl was sweet and apologetic but the other old woman was rude as can be.

I’m in a wheelchair. Went to store to purchase laundry soap. Was told by associate as I entered the store that laundry soap was on sale for buy one get one half off. Also seen sign. Was excited. Picked up four soaps 2 packs of dryer balls.. When they rang me up up everything was normal price. Sales associate could not get sale price to ring in register. Manager came out and said sale had went off day before. Sign still up. I couldn’t get the deal. Came home and coupon in advertisement said sale was on thru end of November. Manager was not friendly at all poor customer service. Will not go back to this store ever Shame, I loved the laundry detergent.

It’s been a lil while since I was there but I just wanted to say I’ve now been to other locations that Buff City has and none compare to this one! Jasmine really went above and beyond on our visit here and made sure we felt welcomed and informed on all our options. The store was also super clean and other workers were also super friendly and kind. We can’t wait to come visit again!

Great little store for handmade all natural products! Their shower oil is absolutely amazing, especially if you’re someone who struggles with itchy dry skin after the shower. All of their products are wonderful, you can’t go wrong with anything from here.
