My daughter had a birthday party here and the staff were fantastic! The guests made mini bath bombs! A table for snacks and gifts were provide as well as the bar area in the soap makery section. All of our guest had a great time and the parents were super impressed. We really appreciate everything the staff did to make this a memorable event!

I have been to Buff City Soap several times. Each time I go I am very happy with my purchase. I love their bar soaps. I love that the soap is natural, smells great and has wonderful lather! It doesn’t dry out my skin. I love putting the soap in their exfoliating soap sleeve . It makes the soap lather even more! I also buy the laundry soap. It is also natural(everything in the store is).When I am doing laundry the house smells great! I like to use their scented dryer balls. After my showers I use their bath oil . It makes my skin soft and smells great too! Today I went to the store for a bath bomb, but ended up buying a bath truffle since I was looking for something extra moisturizing . The employees are always helpful and polite. I am glad they opened up at the shops as I will be a regular!

We received a text message yesterday from the Highland Village location about teacher gift sets being on sale. We stopped in today to purchase about 10 of these sets. We were greeted with “that must be from a different store” and a second opinion from a different associate that it was only for “happy hour” yesterday to which the text said nothing of the sort. So, we will spend our money elsewhere because it was evident from the lack of care or concern that these ladies didn’t care whether we spent our money here or elsewhere. Too bad because we had just found this place, had been in twice already for purchases but we won’t be back. Word of mouth spreads quickly.

Received such terrible service. No one would acknowledge me or bother to come ask if I needed help. They change the store outline every other week and I, as an older woman need help finding things. I finally received help from an employee by the name Mandy who absolutely unhappy with her job.. tell her to smile every once andawhile. As if she had better things to do I can not believe the service I received im never coming back
