I was very excited to visit Buff City Soap. Upon entering I was greeted by the staff and by the wonderful smells of the store! I bought some soaps, laundry detergent, and dryer balls. I just did a load of laundry and can tell you these products make your clothes smell heavenly! Highly recommend stopping by this lovely store!

Today was my first time at any buff city soap and I had a wonderful experience! They have so many soaps and bath bombs to choose from as well as other body care and laundry items. My daughter was able to make her own bath bomb for free while we shopped. The bath bombs smell amazing and the smell lingers on your body longer than other bath bombs I’ve tried.

We just had my daughters 9th birthday at the Denton location and they made bath bombs. Mrs. Lauren was a wonderful host! This is the best party we have had. I definitely recommend this location for shopping and hosting a party. I even got to get in on the fun!

Everyone was so nice! It was my first time there and the employees explained their products and gave their recommendations. I really like their detergent, my clothes feels clean and soft without needing any fabric softener. The scent on my clothes also lasts well after the wash. It can be a little overwhelming when you first walk in due to all the options, but again, the employees are super helpful with any questions you might have!

Wish we had a positive experience. First time here. We had read they let you make your bath bomb or soap from another reviewer. Something for the kids to take home. When I asked the clerk, she didn’t even look at me and said through her plastic face shield, ” no, we don’t do that here”. My granddaughter watched her make soap and said to the worker how pretty it was. No response from the worker. She couldn’t even look up and smile at my granddaughter. I asked about classes for making soap as it says that in the store about making your own soap. Once again, the worker didn’t bother to look up and loudly said, “we don’t do that!” I let my granddaughters pick some soap, however, we will not be back.

This place is amazing! When I say I have sensitive skin, I’m talking hives when I try a new lotion so you can imagine I was really hesitant to try their products. However, it’s perfect!! I use their stuff and it’s scented and it still doesn’t break my skin out in hives. I mean this place is a miracle for people who want a luxury bath bomb experience but have to be careful because of sensitive skin. The prices are perfect and the staff is so nice when you are shopping. I’ll be coming here a lot more!

If you’re wanting to make your own soap, I personally did not think it was worth it. I guess I just had high expectations because I wanted to actually make it, but if you just want your soap made a certain way then it was perfect. We didn’t get to actually make it nor did we get to see it made. You pick the scent, colors, and additives in them and they make it. It was also 3 days late from when they told me it would be ready, which was not a big deal whatsoever, just thought I would throw that out there.

I normally don’t go out of my way to get nice body wash products. But after trying some of the products from here, I will never go back. I had never felt more clean in my life. Their products are amazing and the staff was so helpful and kind. 10/10 would recommended for anyone who is on the edge about purchasing anything from here.

I love this place especially when they first opened because the service was so helpful and friendly but 3 stars because nobody helped me and my husband at the register today for a long time while my 4 month baby was getting fussy, not sure if it’s because it’s a Saturday? I asked the girl who helped us if she was on break because she was sitting down the whole time and she said no in a laughing manner. It was my fault not reading the sign but they didn’t take $50 bills I get that and I wouldn’t have been upset if I didn’t stand at the register waiting while 3 girls stared at us before approaching 5 min later. I decided not to go back with the money because of the service and we had a lot in our basket. Like I said 3 stars because if the right people are working it’s a great experience! I always brag to friends about this place but not sure if I should brag anymore.
