We are new to the area and found this place! Walked in and was greeted immediately by Julie. Place smells so good, friendly employees. My daughter and I purchased a few items and OMG we could not wait to use it. She got the coconut soap whip & the coconut body butter OMG this smell sooooo good! Paired really well together, I got the island nectar body butter and this smell really good too not too strong . We also purchased bath bombs and shower fizzys . Definitely will be back to buy more!

Went to the Celina location yesterday for the amazing sale. Olivia was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. She gave us a sample of the laundry stuff (which I have wanted to try) and also a sample of soap for the hubs since he was pouting. She has amazing customer service skills!

Stopped by for the second time within a week. 5 stars for this place because Tuesday morning was exceptional, I had my granddaughter with me and she was able to paint a bath bomb complimentary. Olivia was a great help when it came to deciding my laundry and dryer ball scents and very knowledgeable of all the products. Thanks again Olivia!! We will be back soon!

We stopped in during the Celina Wine Crawl this last weekend and bought a few bath bombs and several bars of soap and have been so pleased! They all smell amazing. And leave a lingering scent even after use! I absolutely loved my bath bombs. We will definitely be back!

Bought the laundry soap for the first time yesterday and I’ve already done 6 loads of laundry because it smells SO GOOD! The scent travels throughout the whole house while the washing machine is going so I’m actually looking for more things to wash just so that I can keep smelling the scent in the air. I went back today and Olivia sold me on the dryer balls too! The staff is so welcoming and nice!

Our entire family loves Buff City Soap! The laundry soap is AMAZING (wool dryer balls can be scented the same scent as the laundry soap). This store is gorgeous and the staff is always so cheerful. I know when I go in and don’t know exactly what to purchase for a particular gift, the staff will have great suggestions. I love the shower oil, my kids love the soap (so many incredible scents) – be sure to purchase a soap sleeve and don’t forget the laundry soap (Aloe & Clover is my favorite scent). There is something for everyone here – especially hard to buy for friends & family of all ages!

I absolutely love everything Buff City Celina. But last week was exceptional. I usually stick with the same laundry & bar soap scents. Kalea took time to understand why I love certain scents and made recommendation to try some of their new ones. I am sooo glad I did. Fiji might be my new favorite!! It’s a really clean/spring smell. She could have easily just taken my order but she stopped what she was doing, was friendly, engaging and listened. True professional. Thank you for going above and beyond when most retailers don’t.
