I love this place! Their rose scent is the best. I always enjoy a rose scent that’s a true rose, and not a fake perfume-y one. My first time in here, I noticed that I could only find the rose scent in the bar soap + bath bombs on the shelf and was kinda disappointed they didn’t have more products in that scent. However, they were able to custom scent other products in the rose scent, which I was super pleased with. I now have (in addition to the soap and bath bombs) rose scented Epsom salts, shower oil, laundry soap, and dryer balls, and I’m going to buy more custom scented products in the future. All of the products I’ve tried are great too, I have fairly sensitive skin and my skin has never broken out or felt gross after using their products. Their laundry products are also great. In short, this place is awesome, fairly priced, and the employees are very nice

I stopped in recently for the first time to shop for a gift. Cody was very knowledgeable and helped me put together a great gift box! I picked up some cotton scented laundry soap for myself and I have to say, I’m very pleasantly surprised! Even my husband noticed a difference in the smell and feel of our laundry! I can’t think of a better experience I have ever had in a store. The staff was super kind and friendly and you could tell how proud they were of the store and the products. As a matter of fact, we had absolutely no intention of coming in, nor did we know about the store, but they walked out and offered us free soap and told us about their products. After checking out the store and the interactions we had, we are for sure going to be coming back more often! Not only are the people there absolutely amazing, the products and range of products are amazing. They have a little bit of everything when it comes to soap, shower essentials and laundry products. I would absolutely recommend Buff City Soap to anyone and everyone!

Buff City is one of those hidden gems of Bozeman. It’s worth it just to walk in the store and experience the incredible smells, friendly customer service (Cody is wonderful), and pleasing aesthetics. The store is super eco conscious with minimal packaging, willingness to refill product, etc… Super excited to come back to make my own soap – date night style!
