They were extremely kind and helpful. If you’ve never been here they will give you free samples. You can see them creating and making the products. They are one of those stores that you never asked for it or thought you would care or go here but it’s so awesome that even if it’s a little more expensive you come by anyway.

I really like these soaps, especially the ones with shea butter. They all feel and smell really good. My husband and teenage girls use the products as well. Great customer service. They also have lotions, body butter, shower sprays, bath truffles and more. I thoroughly enjoy these products and they make great gifts. I attached a pic of some soaps I buy for my hubby.

The soaps were great and smelled amazing! Although I enjoy the products, the atmosphere and customer service was poor. There was only one nice staff out of the whole group. Very very gossipy atmosphere .. which was very disappointing. I for one shop where I feel welcomed and I did not feel very welcomed in this space. I’ve worked customer service in the past and this space felt unwelcoming to me as a customer shopping for the first time.
