Very impressed by this storefront and their huge selection. Inside is very clean and laid out easily. The staff is very warm and welcoming when speaking to them. The soap options they have are a very wide range for your preferences. But they also have plenty of options for washer and dryer needs. We switched our detergent completely over to the Buff City “Narcissist” detergent, and we have people CONSTANTLY complimenting on how good our clothes smell.

My daughter and I went for the first time today and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. There was a large selection of product and it was neat to watch the soap making process. Staff was amazing! We decided on 4 different soaps a mystery box. Definitely a new favorite local shop!

This brand promotes plant based, cruelty free products. However when asked, no one knows if the Ingredients are ethically sourced. During opening weekend, higher up in the company people were there and I asked the same question and they said they would not release where their ingredients are sourced. Doesn’t seem it’s as good of a company as they try to promote.
