We walked in on a whim and ended up having a blast. Our girls got to paint their own bath bombs while watching the staff make soap right in front of them. The store is really neat and would be worth visiting for the smells alone. The staff were all super friendly and we loved the interactive nature of the shop. Check it out!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Walking into this place makes me feel at peace and so welcome to shop with the aesthetically pleasing setup, inviting scents, and stellar staff. They not only make me feel welcome, but also my girls, aged 5 and 7. They let the kids paint a bath bomb for FREE every time we go and also usually let them choose a little soap sample. My girls enjoy it so much that they ASK to shop for soap. LOL We love it here! I can personally attest to the high quality of the hand soaps, body soaps, bath bombs, laundry detergent, and scented wool balls. I get compliments all the time on how good my clothes smell. I also absolutely love the shave bars and the lotion bars. The lotion bar is a must have and something I toss in my purse to use as needed. My favorite scents are Island Nectar, 99 PomLems, and All Hail the Queen for body products and a combination of Magnolia and Narcissist (Roundabout) for my laundry products.

I came in to get a few things for myself and I was surprised at how amazing the customer service was. A nice young lady named Josye helped me out and gave me some recommendations on products. I got a shampoo bar and I absolutely love it. I loved getting to see the big tree while I was there too. Everyone was so kind and friendly, I can’t recommend this place enough. All of my products smell amazing and I absolutely love it!

I visited the Conway store, very nice scents/laundry detergent..however, while smelling the different scents I was scolded by an employee. She stated “actually ma’am you can’t open those. Our samples are over here.” Which consisted of only 3 scents, nothing compared to what the store had on the shelves. Maybe if you don’t want customers opening products to be smelled..either seal the products or have more samples readily available.

My daughter loves all things bath so I surprised her with a little stop in the store and let me tell you THEY ARE AMAZING. They were all so patient with us and helped her put together a delicious smelling set without being pushy. We’ll continue to return because of the customer service.
