I started using this product when the Kirkwood, MO store opened. I liked it a lot. But, the quality has really gone down hill. The last few times I purchased laundry detergent it was as hard as a brick. That is from moisture being introduced. It is not nearly as effective. It also no longer maintains the scent. My family has noticed that the majority of the products do not maintain their scent.

The staff is very friendly. They make sure to greet you as you walk in. As you’re trying to find the right gift for yourself, they mention their sales of that day and ask if ya need help finding things. I’d definitely recommend this to someone else.
