I received a coupon and a sample for this place when I was shopping at Athleta. As soon as I opened the packet of detergent I knew I was going to have to go here. They have three different locations in the Des Moines area. Right when you walk in the smell is a bit overwhelming but still nice and expected. There’s so many great options and products it was hard to choose. Got six bars of soap, dryer balls, and two different detergents. I will definitely go back to reinfuse the dryer balls. I love how it makes my laundry smell! Haven’t had a chance to use the bars. But they have a lot of other great choices of items as well. Definitely worth the stop!

Normally have a great experience at this shop, and the staff are usually friendly. However, at my most recent visit an assistant manager wouldn’t honor my coupon for free soap that had been honored at the store 5 or 6 times previously. Disappointed with her service.

WOW. The shower oil is FANTASTIC! I received a gift bag with samples of bar soap, laundry soap and shower gel. (The bag smelled amazing). The bottle design makes the shower oil easy to use, and with great results. Hard to believe the intensity of the scents from plant-based products. Refreshing! A visit to the store is in my future.

This business advertised 50% off Laundry Soap. No where on the sign did it say buy 1 get 1 at 50%off. Totally false advertising. They also claim to not be able to give me my 1.00 off for my refill because bin was empty. Bad business practices.

My fiancé and I received samples of a couple of bar soaps and laundry soap at a hockey game. After loving the samples, we stopped out to the store during happy hour and bought enough products to last us for months! The employees were super nice, explained all of their products and even answered questions on stuff we weren’t sure about. When we checked out, the cashier even offered our niece two samples of fun shaped soap for herself! Everything smells amazing and being hand made is an extra bonus. Will definitely be back!

We got some samples of the soap bars and laundry detergent at the Home and Garden show. We all (my husband, dad and I) loved all the smells and the help that was given to us so …. we went out to the store! We were greeted at the door, given a tour and had help along the way! From picking out laundry detergent, to make up custom face masks! Can’t wait to go back soon!

Amazing customer service. I had realized I was about to walk into the store two minutes before they closed. Not wanting to be that person, I was just going to ask a quick question about the laundry soap and would come back another day. After asking the question I was going to walk out but the two employees were very generous in offering to help me still. Even past closing they were extremely kind making sure I had everything I wanted and they were willing to make that mess for the soap. You don’t get that customer service anymore. Kind of made my night.

I only stopped in for a gift card for someone for the holidays but ended up looking around and getting a couple things. Everyone was super friendly! My family asked if I had taken a bath while I was inside because I smelled like the store when I came out! It smells amazing and I will be going back!
