I will not be back. Store would not honor promotion from my email and the manager kept refusing to help, blamed the entire issue on corporate, who I tried to call numerous times and only received a generic answer stating office hours. Staff appeared as if they barely rolled out of bed to come to work, including the manager. Old t-shirts, jeans, and sweats. Also, products seem to be lacking any real scent only a slight hint (not like they used to). There is such a huge market for quality handmade soaps. Your money would be better spent somewhere else.

I am new to this store, sadly I cannot remember the beautiful girl that help me. She greeted me at the door and made sure i knew what they offered. I was shopping for a birthday, she wrapped my items in birthday material without hesitating. I will come back to this store because of the girls who helped me.

I got the wrong scent on my laundry soap and when I brought my soap in the store the workers had no answers. I don’t understand how the same name soap from two different stores would be totally different. I will not be back i guess I’ll need to find a new soap.

Luckily the quality of the product surpasses the service or lack there of, or I would not be back. There was no greeting, the only employee working never offered any assistance, and when I asked a question I had to repeat myself because she was wearing AirPods. We were the only patrons in the store, aside from another couple who left quickly. It wasn’t the experience I was expecting to show my mother. Very disappointing.
