The staff here were SO nice, and I am obsessed with “All Hail the Queen” scent, and I wish they had a perfume just like it! It is absolutely intoxicating, and I can’t get enough of it, the “Unicorn” is my second favorite, I just wish they had that scent in more products. All in all, I LOVE their products!

Visited for the first time Saturday and was immediately greeted by a very nice employee. The prices are great and I walked out with a soap sleeve, a bar for myself, my fiancé, and two bars for friends’ Christmases! The associate even gave me a sample bar of the Narcissist scent and the laundry detergent! I will definitely be back.

Visited the store for the first time today , and left empty handed. Staff were very unfriendly and not helpful whatsoever. I was barely greeted when I entered the store, and that was my only interaction with the staff. No one asked if I had been there before, offered any help or even acknowledged my presence. I wandered around the store, while two women and a man chatted amongst themselves at the back of the store. None of them said a word to me. I came in with intentions to buy products, but if your staff behaves this way you definitely don’t deserve my business. Even when I left no one said a word, not even a “thanks for visiting”, “have a good day” nothing they just continued talking. Maybe I will try another location but I won’t back to the Hamburg location.

This might be a bit lengthy, but I want to give these guys all the credit they deserve! First, this store is super cute. It’s nicely organized and easy to navigate through. The staff were amazing! A lot of them are new, but you wouldn’t be able to tell with how professional and knowledgeable they were! Even when someone didn’t know something, they were quick to find out and relay the message. I went in two times, and both times I walked out with product plus a few samples. Keep the samples coming, please!! This really makes the store stand out and allows the customers to try different products before committing. The premium bars (made with shea butter) are really creamy and so far, they’ve been my favorite product I’ve tried. I got the oatmeal and honey scent which smells great and looks wonderful in my shower. The price of the products are pretty standard with other artisan/handmade soaps. On Tuesdays they have a “happy hour” sale where you can get four products for $20. There’s also room to customize your soap, and if you’re sensitive to scents you can get the products unscented. Overall, I highly recommend checking them out. It’s a great place to find low/no waste products as they sell *most* products package free. I’ll definitely stock up again, especially when the holidays hit!

I went into buff city soap in Hamburg When I entered the store there were about 6 associates in the back no one said hello no one asked me if I needed help. No one even came towards me. No movement at all.I worked my way all the way back to the girls. I was looking for something that I couldn’t find but no one asked me again if I needed Any help finding anything. Someone finally said hello When I’ve worked my way all the way to the back of the store mind you and I said I bought the soaps at suntan city and and one of the girls said oh by the way I have coupons for you all for suntan cityTalking to the employees still didn’t acknowledge me or help me. When I checked out it was like OK here’s your stuff goodbye no add on sales no To the customer. I feel like the owner should know this it’s a local store and I love the product but I will not go in that store again.

First, I will say I am a HUGE fan of BCS. I love the products, and have so much right now, I could start my own store. But, I visited the Hambrug location yesterday afternoon, and when I walked in, not one person spoke to me. The entire time I was there. Even at the register, other than to tell me the total of my purchase. One associate walked right past me and never said a word. The Nicholasville Rd location has much friendlier staff and I have never been ignored one single time I have been there.
