I just called this location looking for Magnolia scent laundry soap. The lady that answered the phone was very rude. After I told her what I was looking for she asked “who is this?”. I politely gave her my name. But she wouldn’t have personally known me anyway. Then she replied with “I don’t even have that scent available right now.” I said ok. She hung up the phone before I could say or ask anything else. I won’t be shopping there.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I like that they make everything right there in the store. There body soap became a favorite after I was gifted a couple soap bars and a soap sock last Christmas. The bars are expensive but they last a very long time and smell amazing. This year I bought 5 people soap setup’s like I was given last year, plus they gift bag it for u!

Love Buff City Soap but the staff at this location is horrible. It was my first time at this store (usually go to Olive Branch), no one greeted me or even helped me. After walking completely around the store I finally asked the lady at the front counter where was the men’s soap. Everyone seemed unbothered and will definitely not be back to this location.

I brought 2 Shea butter soaps from here, the shower oil, body cream and body scrub on 1/18/22. Later that night I took a bath with the product I brought and I can’t lie the soap is amazing, however, the next day I took my shower with the soap again and immediately felt a burning sensation on my chest. I don’t know if it’s because I have had surgery in that area or what but the soap burned and broke my skin out. I will not use this soap anymore. $60 down the drain.

It smells amazing as soon as you walk in. So many wonderful soaps, bath salts, and bath bombs to choose from. I highly recommend getting a soap sleeve. It helps the soap last longer and helps exfoliate the skin. Their deals are fantastic too.

I love shopping here. I like the all natural products & that it’s made right in the store. The shower oils & bath bombs are my absolute favorites. If there is a particular scent you like but don’t see it on display they will make it for you all while you wait which is amazing.

What an awesome place to buy something most of us take for granted and pick up when were grocery shopping. I was greeted at the door by an employee named Allison and she was awesome. She showed me around the store all the different beautiful looking and beautiful smelling soaps and I actually bought two. The store smells incredible. Between the Beautiful soap the awesome. The staff AKA Allison and the Very accessible location I could not be more pleased. Five stars
