Anytime I walk into the Buff City Arlington store I feel so welcomed! Everyone that works at this location is so friendly. The employees have evened walked my big purchases to my car for me! My boys even enjoy going to this location because the employees welckme them too!! One even taught my 5 year old how to spell Beast!! Way to go Buff City Arlington!! I had to make a quick trip to Arlington today and discovered they had a Buff City location. The employees were helpful and kind. The man that checked us out was so kind and patient with my daughter and I. He even gave her a sample bar of soap. That made her day. I have always loved the products, but was really impressed with the customer service today. Kindness isn’t as common since covid, and it was a pleasant experience at the store today.
