This place is scent-sational!! Stopped in for the first time a few months ago, bought a couple bars of soap for myself & Hubby, and was given a sample of their laundry detergent. We both love the soap, but had forgotten about the free sample for nearly a month. Hubby happened to find it hanging out & washed my work clothes. They smelled SO Fantastic and were nice & soft. Since then, it is all I use. Every time we have been here, the staff have been super friendly & eager to help. Stopped in for laundry detergent refill this evening and was surprised to have it mixed fresh while I waited. I could go on and on. My point is you need to Go GET YOU SOME!!

I would give them NO STAR if I could. My best friend is visiting from Florida, she’d forgotten her soap/body wash. I saw recommendations on FB to check this place out, verses going to the pharmacy or grocery store. There were 4-5 employees there. There was no acknowledgment upon entry. We explored the store for about 20 minutes. One woman was helping a couple when we arrived at the front of the store. When she finished with them she begin doing something else and the remaining 3 employees continued to chit chat in the back corner amongst themselves. The 3 employee in the rear of the store eventually disappeared through one of the back doors of the store. The girl at the front said goodbye as we approached the door to exit. I didn’t think I should spend money at a place that treat their potential customers so poorly!

When I found out buff city was coming to Hermitage I almost lost it!!!! I had been ordering online for so long just blindly picking soaps and such that sounded good and luckily were great choices lol. I was at the grand opening and it was so great that the same day I took my daughter back after school to make a few bath bombs which she loves! I’m LITERALLY in here at least once a month. The soap is AMAZING and so is the laundry detergent!! I also get the pup soap for my brother’s dogs and they love it! Anytime I need a gift for something or someone buff city is usually part of the plan lol.
