I’ve struggled all my life with eczema and being allergic to unknown ingredients. A lady here just helped me find a few things to start with, mostly samples, so that we can narrow down these mysterious ingredients. Super thankful for her patience and willingness to help me. It’s hard when you have no idea what’s causing it. It’s difficult to figure out when the big companies won’t give you a full list of their ingredients.. Thank you Buff City!

I just visited this store for the first time and I love it! Ofelia helped us out. She is so helpful and was so kind to my daughters and me. There is a huge arrangement of soaps, oils, laundry products and more. There’s even a men’s and kid’s section. My daughters loved the scents from the kid’s section. I took a shower and used my new scrub, soap and oil. I am absolutely in love! Everything smells so good and it didn’t irritate my sensitive skin. I will definitely be returning soon!

I’m a guy and as a guy, I hate using lotion. The greasy feeling it leaves on my hands, I hate it. Their lotion they make here is amazing. No greazy feeling, nothing slipping out of your hands, none of that. I love their products. I will be getting more for sure.

This place is awesome!! Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Pablo was such a big help!! He was able to point us in the direction of scents we described that we liked, he took the time to make my husband a hand soap to match the other items he was getting and made us a perfectly scented laundry soap. He answered all of the questions we asked and his energetic personality was contagious. We ended up purchasing birthday and Mother’s Day gifts along with the items for me and my husband and took advantage of the laundry soap sale. Such a pleasant experience!! Staff clearly hate their jobs, either that or they lack any sense of customer service. Walked in with my girlfriend tonight, the only customers in the entire store….with three staff working. Nobody could be bothered enough to say hi, welcome, can we help you find something, is this your first time here. At least pretend to like what you do. The ONLY words spoken to us were, “are you paying with cash or card.”
