I stopped in the store today. The hand made soaps are amazing. The scent and colors are unique and really nice. I bought soaps, lip balm, etc.. A men’s section of soaps as well! I bought the PUP soap bar for the dogs. Price menu near the back of the store. The sweetest associate in the store who explained different products/ingredients. I am amazed how the section where the soaps are made is visible and organized. I would definitely recommend the visit and shop.

Bluff City Soaps is amazing! When got started walk into the store, you are hit with the wonderland of beautiful scents that just hug you! I got the oatmeal & honey body scrub which is THE BEST SCRUB IVE EVER HAD and along with that I got the shower oil in the same scent! Sadly , the shower oil had almond oil in it which I am allergic to. I went to return it and exchange it for another oil but all the oils had almond oil in it. So the manager on duty, decided to recreate the oatmeal & honey oil without almond oil! It was perfect customer service and compromise!

My daughter and I stopped by the first week they opened in Short Pump. The atmosphere is beautiful and calming. The staff were so friendly and helpful but not overbearing. Practical prices and for natural products. The mystery box was a fun added treat. Wonderful little quaint shop!

Staff here is always happy and welcoming and ready to answer questions. Love the variety of products and scents. I highly recommend the laundry powder and want to try the extra scent boost soon. Really appreciate that the containers are refillable to minimize plastic usage. The bar soap also had no plastic packaging. Great shop!

Was excited to check this place out and waiting for it to open. I walked in the store behind one of the employees as she was walking in from outside because they had a table setup outside. She swung the door open and didn’t offer to hold it open, no hello or nothing. This may be picky but since this was my first interaction with an employee it left a bad taste in my mouth.
