I would come here very often for pedicures , I moved a bit far out and I still decided to try and go over there twice a month. The service is usually quick and good. But she was so aggressive last time I was bleeding from my pedicure, next morning I woke up to a toe on each foot SWOLLEN and INFECTED. I seriously couldn’t wear any footwear for 3 days. Infections are caused by dirty tools or rough nail techs.. I paid 45 dollars (included a tip still) to be in pain for DAYS and when u called the first time they said t do foot soaks and call back in a few days. When I called back nothing improved and I just wanted my money back because I’ve been in endless pain. He was extremely rude and refused to give me anything back but I can return for them to “look at it” mind you it’s a 40 minute drive for me. Never coming back

This was My first time coming here. And will be the last time.. didn’t like the service. My mom and I sat together for a pedicure. The Chinitas we’re in a Hurry. And were gonna use the same Tools “dirty” from the previous ladies.. I asked to get cleaned ones. But yet did had time to offer me several times for Callus remover and Gel. Told them several times ” No Thanks” but kept offering..

I used to really like this place. Last time I came in I got an infection in my big toe. I decided to come back cuz maybe it was that particular manicurist. This time i got someone different and she kept offering me gel polish, the extra callus remover, and the gel polish again after I repeatedly told her no thank you. Later during my manicure she stopped and picked up a women’s shoes and tried to come back and touch my bare feet. I asked her to please change her gloves and she tried to touch my feet again. I literally had to pull my feet away from her and swing out of the chair and ask her to change her gloves because she touched someone’s shoes. She finally said “ok” and changed them. Not sure if I’ll be coming back….I really like Ben & Wendy.

I love Wendy she wax’s eyebrows so good ! As for getting your nails done it’s definitely overpriced And if you do your toes or nails be loud and clear on what you want because they tend to do what they want. Or pressure you to get something different, Which is so annoying when they do that. So again if you do get that type of service, don’t be afraid to speak up. Remember you’re paying a Ridiculous price, the least you can do is get out of the nail salon with something you wanted.
