Very unhappy with the service lately. I usually go in the evening when the owners are not there. I paid extra for an upgraded bed that was broken for quite some time. I asked if I could use a different bed since my level was not available and I was told no unless I wanted to pay extra. I was put in a bed below my level but not offered any money back. This evening I arrived 20 minutes before the last tan. There was another patron ahead of me but both of the staff were in the back cleaning beds already. I had to go in the back to locate them. I asked if we could tan since we still had 20 minutes until last tan. They informed me that all of the rooms were over 100 degrees so they couldn’t legally let anyone tan. I had on a coat and I was not even hot. I know what 100 degrees feels like and it was not even close. Clearly they just wanted to leave early. I am not sure if they are having trouble getting staff or if ownership has changed hands but I have been going here for years and always had great service! It is very clean though! Much nicer than most laundromats.

I prefer Buckeye Wash & Tan to the other option here in Bellefontaine. In my experience this location has always been clean & tidy. It can be a bit crowded at times, but that’s understandable considering their other location is undergoing renovations at this time. Prices are fair, and there’s staff present if there’s ever an issue with a machine.

Normally I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Yesterday has changed my mind indefinitely. They close at 7 and when my wife and I went to walk back into the laundry mat they had locked us out! It was 6:45 pm. I started calling and Boone answered. I beat on the door for 10 min hoping someone was still in there. Finally she came to answer the door. Instead of going off like I probably should have instead I said ” thank you for letting me in” and she just stood there with an angry look on her face like I had done something wrong. As I quickly grabbed the one and only load we had I said “thanks again for letting me in” and she STILL ignored me. Finally I said” I thought y’all were open till 7?” She says ” well we are but we close early if there’s none in here.” I said they need to put up a sign saying they close early sometimes and all she could say it depends on the day. Smh. All she had to do was look in the dang dryers to see the clothes. And while I’m grabbing our clothes another guy come in to get his Honda uniforms. He wouldn’t have had his stuff either. I wasn’t happy about the doors being locked but what really sets me off is that woman’s horrible attitude she had as if I was the problem. I’m may not even go back.

By far the absolute best laundromat in Logan County. The washers, dryers,, along with their awesome tanning facilities, are always clean , free of suspicious smells and debri. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Yes they follow the mask wearing requirements. The establishment inside and out is always clean and always well stocked.

I come here to wash our blankets, it’s quick with plenty of washers and dryers. There’s options for washers and dryers as well, quick, large, regular.. I also go tanning there and it is the best tanning salon I’ve been to. Everyone I’ve seen or checked in with is friendly, there’s usually a deal on for lotions, it’s always clean and I’ve only had to wait once.
