Had an appointment for mommy and me nails for my daughter’s birthday scheduled at 6:30. Arrived at about 6:20. 1 tech was working and there was 1 in her chair and another in the foot spa area. Daughter wasn’t called till 7:30 and by that time it was too late for me to get my set so I had to forgo getting a full set. Other than that, my daughter was thrilled with her nails. She’s just a kid and has been DYING for nails, but i was worried because of her age and tiny fingers, but the nail tech made it work! Her 1st time at a salon and she loved it. We showed a photo of what she wanted done and it turned out better than the photo! Other than the wait it was a good experience and would use buckeye nails again.

Very disappointing. Have took my wife to your business 4x in the last 2 months. She made an appointment for today at noon and it is an hour plus each way to your place of business and you were closed. Absolutely terrible experience the last 2 times I came to get my nails done. Last Sunday I had an appointment at 12 and showed up after an hour drive each way to figure out that they were closed, no call to tell me they were not available after we agreed on a time. They called my husband the next day to say they were sick and couldn’t make it in and I get it things happen but to not call customers is unacceptable. I showed up today after they promised to more than make it right and after waiting 45 minutes after my appointment time I figured why even bother. If they were truly sorry for the” mistake ” they would of made it a priority to make sure I was satisfied. Terrible experience from a terrible place. Unless you are local i would never recommend visiting. They are not worth the gas money to drive up!

Went there to get services for my boyfriend and I before our vacation and upon finishing to look at diamond engagement rings. The young lady that did my boyfriend did a great job! The older oriental woman did a horrible job! She cut my fingers in 3 places and never addressed the bleeding. The white tips on my French manicure are way to thick. I paid $185 for horrible service and we were there in the middle of the day on a Tuesday, yet she also let me sit for 15 minutes while she answered other calls. Will NOT be returning to to this place!!

I did not have an appointment and Sandy was able to get me in quickly!!! Shabron did my pedicure and my feet are feeling AMAZING!!!! The best pedicure I have ever had! Sandy did my full set of acrylic nails, she is the first one to do them exactly how I like them!!! She took her time and was very thorough! I HIGHLY recommend Shabron & Sandy!! The atmosphere of Buckeye Nails is nice and relaxing.. extremely clean!!!! The best spa in my books!!! Will definitely be a forever customer
