Love love my nails!!! This is by far the best nail place I been to. Tina did a great job on mine and my daughters nails. They were super busy but she still took the time doing our nails and I never felt like she was rushing to finish the job. Will totally be back!!!

Been going to Buchanan Nails. I am never disappointed. Showed Tina a picture of what I wanted and she replicated it perfectly. I love my nail. She did such a beautiful. Her attention to detail is amazing.

Not impressed. After I got home, my husband even noticed the job wasn’t done well. I got a french tip manicure, nail polish had spilled over on to my skin so now my skin is stuck to the nail. The lines are sloppy. Not even on the white tips. The shape isn’t consistent. Also was cut right on my cuticle line. And the polish wasn’t applied evenly so I have bumps. This was a birthday treat for myself that’s left me nothing short of frustrated and disappointed. Customer service left something to be desired also. Only positive was that it was cheap. $35 and I tipped $5, regretting leaving a tip now. Lesson learned, never trust a job is done correctly, if you come here check their work before paying or leaving a tip for sub par work.

After checking Yelp, my BF’s mom & I decided to try out the salon based on the reviews. I called ahead & made an appointment for 2 regular mani/pedi’s. The shop was pretty quiet with no wait & we were able to get started right away. The water was on the colder side of lukewarm. Disappointment #1. I asked the technician to do a simple dot/heart design on my big toe, but was told there was no time for it (I think she just didn’t know how to do it). Disappointment #2. When our toes were completed we had to remind the technicians of the mani’s. My BF’s mom was taken to a table & hers began right away, time had passed so the chairs fulled up & I had to have mine done in the same chair I got my pedi. Disappointment #3. If you’ve ever done this, you know it’s not comfortable & what kind of quality it brings to your mani..my nails were cut unevenly & then filed cookedly. When a regular customer of theirs walked in, I was then shuffled to a table to finish the mani where the technician resorted to scratching off my cuticles with her own nails.. Disappointment #4.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueBest Pedicure ever, they used Hot rocks, hot towels, and they respected that i was shy and didn’t want to talk too much. They were very busy so my appointment did run a little over but i didn’t mind one bit since they were obviously trying their best to accommodate everyone. I was so satisfied with my pedicure. I needed to find a nail salon on my way home from work. I googled one and found this place. It already had great reviews. There happened to be 2 other ladies getting their nails done that had found them the same way while I was in there. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. It was great and the staff is nice. Everything is clean. A good selection of colors, I also noticed they had holographic and the cat eye trendy styles of colors. Later on in the evening I noticed I smudged my toe! called and asked if I could come back and have a touch up. I was told no problem and to come right in. If you want to try a new place, try! It does get busy so try to make an appointment
