Brittany was absolutely amazing. She did a fantastic job in a short time frame. Even though I did not have time to get a polish she got me done and out the door in the time that I needed. I will definitely becoming back!!!! So happy to have finally found a place that does my nails how I wanted and in a way I didn’t even realize I wanted them done.

My daughter needed her nails done for prom. I told her to go to my usual place (Bubbly) but a friend convinced her to go with her across the street. After sitting there for almost two hours waiting, the result was awful. She called me upset. I immediately called Bubbly and asked if they had any appointments the next day to see if they could repair the mess. They were completely booked but made an exception to get her in due to the circumstances. Now her nails look great, she feels great and I’m super pleased and wanted all to know the fantastic service provided.

Terrible experience – the technician clearly didn’t know what he was doing, and I had to continually keep asking him to do things that are a part of a normal mani/pedi, but on top of that, his attitude was not very friendly at all and he seemed annoyed when I would ask for even the smallest things, like to fix the polish that had gotten all over my skin. He did not properly trim my cuticles, and my pedi looks so terrible – it already looks like it has been on for a week and chipping. There was no sense of customer service or trying to make sure you were satisfied with your service. I legit felt like someone had just stuck a trainee on me, and no one came to fix any of the issues. They didn’t seem to care that I did not have a good experience, and I will not give them any more of my money. On top of that, it took FOREVER for an inadequate service – over 2 hours just to get a mani/pedi combo. Unacceptable waste of my time for a terrible job.

Update: 04.13.22…nothing has changed and I still consistently come here. I still highly recommend this location. They have a clean business which they take very seriously, and they do not overbooked. They are also certified in a few areas as it relates to the health and safety of their customers. All of us (employees and guests), tend to engage in conversation…that’s how down to earth they are and that’s how relaxing the atmosphere of the business is. Hands down, they are THE BEST in the area….and it shows, because customers drive from all over for QUALITY work and FRIENDLY people!!
