The customer service and experience I observed while visiting this salon is excellent. The receptionist is attentive and very friendly. I was offered coffee, water or tea and also was not rushed to choose a nail color for my services. It’s little things like this that set you apart from other salons. I really enjoyed my entire visit and the atmosphere in the salon. However, the quality of the manicure and full set are not worth the high price tag. I spent $112 on a full set acrylic with gel polish + French tip and a regular nail polish pedicure. After two days my acrylics were already lifting from my natural nail and the gel base is already coming off from the cuticle and lifting also. This is absolutely unacceptable for the price of these services. I would expect this type of nail service to last well beyond a week and more so beyond 4 days. There is no way to tell that this would have happened while at the salon but my service was a bit rushed due to the nail tech having her next appointment already waiting on her, so evidently this resulted in my nails not done properly. My nail tech was very nice and I loved how she did the French tip, but I am not happy with the quality of the nail application just three days after having them done, especially for the price that I paid. For over $100+ I wouldn’t expect there to be any flaws in the application.

The owner Alia is super cool and they have the best services ever. The salon is located on Hylan Blvd and have a wide selection of nail colors both gel and regular to choose from. My friend and I got both manicure and pedicure and they include a mini massage with the pedicure as well which is an added bonus. You have coffee and tea available in the shop for customers. All in all it is an absolute treat if you want to have a fun spa day with your bestie

I have been going to Bubblicious for over a year and it’s my favorite nail salon in Staten Island! The service is impeccable, the salon is clean and sanitized, and the quality is always top notch. The staff is friendly and highly experienced. I always leave happy with my nails. I would highly recommend this salon for all your self care needs. They are truly the best.

Bubblicious is hands down the best salon on the island. Moving from Jersey to SI, I had to find a new salon. I had 0 complaints, everything was amazing. From the customer service, talented nail technicians and the vibe/ambiance. The owner helped me pick out my colors and Alexandra did an amazing job on my russian manicure! She took her time and made sure to ask for my opinion. They check in on you to make sure you’re comfortable and offer coffee,tea,and/or water. So happy I found this place!

First time to Bubblicious today! Very lucky to have Donna who freestyle my nail design! The salon is very clean and very cute. Lots of photo opportunities for IG. There’s a vast number of colors to chose from- I end up with Grapefruit but I was in conflict for some time while looking at the other pink/oranges! I walked in not knowing what color/ design and walked out happy. All I said to Donna was I’m getting my nails done for an event and we both decided simple & elegance was key! As you can see from my picture, that’s exactly what she delivered. Thank you Donna!

I had a wonderful experience at this salon. Angel did my nails and they turned out so perfect! Unlike other salons, she made sure everything was the way that I had wanted it from length to colors. The atmosphere here was relaxing and friendly. I’m looking forward to my next visit! I would highly recommend.

I was searching for a place on Staten Island that does Russian manicures and I stumbled upon this spot. Although I couldn’t get a Russian style manicure done today (the technician only comes during the week) I still went ahead and booked a uv gel refill with design. This place is legit! The new owner is amazing, personable, professional and has awesome customer service skills! I was offered coffee, tea or water from the owner while getting my nails done and she even helped me pick out the colors for my nails. The technician Lucy was amazing, she took the initiative to be creative with the design and also was friendly and professional. I’m looking forward to trying out the pedicure and other services next time. Keep up the great work everyone. I’ll be back
