My daughter had her appointment at 4, we checked in and were told someone will be with us in a moment. We wait, about 5 to 7 minutes later a stylist comes to us and asked who’s getting their hair done. I point to my my daughter and say “her” she said “Oh they checked you in with me but your appointment is with Glenis,” I say okay no biggie. Well I noticed Glenis just started cutting her customer’s hair, I let a few minutes go by and around 4:12 I asked, how long do you think she’s going to be because our appointment was at 4. They asked Glenis and she said “I am running late” after asking how long again, she said about 20 mins… so that means you won’t sit my child in your chair until 4:30ish and that’s if you finish in 20 mins and let’s be real, there’s no guarantee it would be exact 20 minutes that’s a rough estimate and like i said she was just starting. I was very annoyed, I understand someone running 10 minutes behind but a whole 30-40. She could have easily called me and I would’ve left my house much later to adjust her time. I left super annoyed and my child did not get her hair cut. She was looking forward to this for weeks! Poor communication poor customer service.

What a horrible lady who answered the phone I said I want to cut my hair and she said 3 times over and over again fo you need shampoo and blow dry and 3 times I said no. She the said rudly to me you need to Cham down I said I have told you 3 times no. I just want to cut my hair I said can we move on i want to cut my hair she said no not today.

Just had Nicole cut my hair. I’m older and only had 4 cuts in 35 years, to say I was nervous is barely the word. The good conversation on the phone eased my mind. A short drive, no wait meant I wouldn’t change my mind. She talked and touched my hair very understanding of my scalp issues. She looked at all the photos AND knew the stylist and loved the cut. I can’t wait to go back and maybe take a bit more off. Thanks Nicole…. hope to see you soon.
