Lorena is hands down the best of the best! She gave my son the most amazing cut and style so he is ready for his first day of school! My son was nervous but she was so friendly and calm that he picked up on her energy and remained calm. She even took the time to talk him through what she was doing when she noticed he was nervous. She is amazing at styling, relaxing and coloring all types of hair. As for the salon it was clean and I highly recommend this salon and the services of Lorena.

What went very wrong was the stylist. Lack of communication and effort. She gave me the worst haircut ever. I will never come here again. I have been coming here for years, this stylist ruined my hair, I do not know what she did but my once curly hair is now straight and stringy. Then she charged for extra color? When there was no mention of this and she only applied once and walked away. I also don’t have a lot of hair. There were a lot of red flags but I trusted that Bubbles would have supervision. I wanted to refuse to pay but just didn’t have the energy. I can give you more specifics if you would like about what she did and didn’t do and how I ended up paying $146 dollars for this is beyond me. I am so upset.

I found my person and my location. I had started using Bubbles years ago after having a terrible experience at my local Hair Cuttery, but never really found a stylist that I wanted to continuously book with (except for one other lady but she left Bubbles completely). This was my first visit to the Olney location and it won’t be the last. I had Carolyn, who did a great job cutting my hair.
